1. What kinds of Personal Information do we collect and hold?
We collect and hold a range of personal information in carrying out our business. The kinds of Personal Information we collect and hold about you will depend on the nature of your relationship with us and the circumstances of a collection, including whether we collect the information from you as a client, service provider, supplier or job applicant. - financial details, such as banking details (if you provide them directly to us, however, typically your credit card information is processed by our payment service providers, and we do not have access to that information).

If you contact us through our website, retain our legal services, purchase a CounCLE product, sign up to receive an External Lawyers newsletter or engage with us through social media or at an event, we will generally collect your name, contact details, and any other Personal Information you provide to us.
